Who we are

This site is run by Torchstack, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Melodori (“Melodori,” “we,” “us”). This page explains what personal information we collect through the site, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you book a scoping session or contact us: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the form.

When you visit: basic usage data, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location from your IP address.

How we use it

To set up and run the session you asked for, to reply to you, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to keep the site secure. We only send you marketing emails if you’ve agreed to them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the site for us: a scheduling tool, an email platform, and an analytics tool. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies and Do Not Track

Our analytics tool may use cookies to count visits. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no common standard for responding to it, so the site doesn’t currently change what it does when it receives one.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing email address to come. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, local law may give you more rights, and we’ll honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so at the top of the page.
